Marion was a bit late for work but seeing as barely anyone was in town, she didn't sweat it too much. Tino was kind of pissy over it. Apparently it was the principal of the thing.

Marion was not hiding at work today, which was something Tino was thankful for. He had gotten tired of people bailing on him after last weekend. Marion thought her ducking out last week was perfectly acceptable. Creepers hitting on her was not in her job description.

Marion wasn't in the best of moods today, considering she lost the coin toss to decided who had to tape up the zombies today. Tino tried to give her a smug look about it and got a peanut to the eye for his trouble.

Marion managed to avoid getting doused with syrup when she came into work. Tino, on the other hand, was not so lucky. Now he was walking around with napkins and other bits of paper he brushed against stuck on him. Poor Tino.

Marion still hadn't gotten used to her changed shift. Yes, this was her excuse to Tino when she walked in late. Not that he asked for one.

Marion came into work kinda down because of the crap going down in town. Seemed like she'd never get away from the weird stuff. It was fine when it was goofy but the serious stuff was just plain scary.

This time it was Tino who tried to pull the whole "knock over a bowl of pretzels" trick to see if the bartender would earn their paycheck.

Marion looked down at the pretzels on the floor and then back up at Tino. "You're cleaning that up."

Marion was a little disappointed that she was missing out on Fourth of July stuff but she didn't let it affect her mood too badly when she came into work. She totally had sparklers to light after her shift was over.

Marion had come into work late thanks to having a bit of trouble with getting Mutt calm enough to leave with a babysitter. Needless to say she was definitely hitting the booze to get rid of the headache that formed from this.
